Stakeholder consultation 2025/26

Thank you to all the participants who replied to our plea and submitted feedback forms this January. Results are in and we are overwhelmed with the responses, so thank you very much! This consultation will be used in future funding applications and to show how our ongoing work benefits the community. Didn't get a chance to submit feedback? No problem, it's not too late! Executive Summary:

Stakeholder feedback overwhelmingly highlights positive experiences with Rainbow Circus
CIC, particularly in classes, coaching, workshops, and community events, with 100% of
participants recommending the organization and rating their experience as excellent. Key
strengths identified include the appropriate pace and intensity of sessions, safe workshop
management, and clear instructions, with zero recorded complaints or accidents.
Participants also praised the organization's inclusivity, accessibility, and professionalism,
reporting improvements in physical and mental health, including increased confidence,
strength, and body awareness. While engagement in performance, demonstrations, open
days, and funded projects could be improved, the organization plans to continue adapting
activities based on participant feedback to meet evolving needs and interests.
