Rainbow Circus CIC joined the festivities in Bedford Square to provide a traditional circus workshop and stall for VE day! Rosie Rainbow donned her red, white and blue in a showstopping aerial performance and stilt-walked the streets of Tavistock. Zoe understood the assignment and baked a beautiful selection of red, white and blue themed sweet treats. The music and atmosphere in Bedford square was electric. This Spring, we had the privilege of providing some free workshops for the people of Callington, funded by Callington CaVe. We held four separate weekend workshops giving participants of all ages and abilities the opportunity to try out circus skills, some for the first time ever! Ages of workshop attendees ranged from 4-72+ and everyone got involved and tried new things. We had over 111 participants across the course of the four session block, and 100% positive feedback from participants which is always very reassuring! We had an absolute blast bringing circus skills to Callington each week, and are really looking forward to further collaboration with Callington CaVe & their amazing team in the future.
