This is a 90 minute class for adults of any level, and intermediate - advanced teenagers. It is as gentle as you wish it to be, however there is plenty of opportunity to challenge yourself if you prefer. We will cover various ground-based skills, aspects of Strength & Flexibility and of course, spend a lot of our time on the various pieces of Aerial equipment. Expect to try everything from sling to silks, hoop to trapeze, pole & lollipop and much, much more! Our portable aerial rigs have heights of up to 7m, so corde lisse, dynamic aerial hoop & silk disciplines are easily facilitated during these sessions.
