Adult's & Intermediate Teens Social Circus Session - 7pm - 8.30pm
This is a 90 minute class for adults of any level, and intermediate+ teenagers. It is as gentle as you wish it to be, however there is plenty of opportunity to challenge yourself if you prefer. We will cover various ground-based skills, aspects of Strength & Flexibility and of course, spend a lot of our time on the various pieces of Aerial equipment. Expect to try everything from sling to silks, hoop to trapeze, pole & lollipop and much, much more! Our portable aerial rigs have heights of up to 4.5m in this venue, so corde lisse, dynamic aerial hoop & silk disciplines can be facilitated during these sessions. We will be working towards solo or group performance pieces for the Winter Showcase over the 8 weeks.
