Spring 2026 - A March Update

Well, what a wet start to the year we've had! Our update on the last few months can be found in Announcements & Updates; but thankfully there is plenty to look forward to in the coming months.

Callington MayFest

​14th March - 9th May 2026

Our Community Circus Workshops have begun! Funded by Callington CAVe; Rainbow Circus CIC are providing a series of workshops; followed by a community performance on 9th May during the MayFest Celebrations!.

Workshops are held at Callington Primary School, 2pm - 4pm and are completely free to attend and open to all ages and abilities. This year, we are preparing a performance of "The Great Pasty Heist" - an original community play written by Rosie Rainbow Circus specially for this event. Think mermaids, pirates and of course pasties! Want to know more? Come along to our workshops!

28th March - Special Guest Instructor Ross Wheeler of Hotchpotch Performance will be teaching Object Manipulation

Community Performance - 9th May @ Callington Primary School

Join us for the Parade, we muster in the park at 12pm & then head back to the Primary School to prepare for the show. As always, we expect this to be a fabulous day of community spirit and are very much looking forward to it! Please see HERE for further details.

19th March - Toddle On @ Callington Methodist Church

Join Rosie at Callington Methodist Church on 19th March from 9am - 11am for an extra special circus themed play session! Expect lots of colour, stories & games with specialised equipment aimed at those under school age and their parents.

Easter Weekend Special Activities

Join us on the Bank Holiday weekend for an exciting roster of events! 

Friday 3rd April

Easter Craft Fair Social
12pm - 6pm @ Rainbow Circus CIC HQ
An open invitation to all artists, bakers, crafters & creatives in the area! We'd love to meet you, host your products for the day (no pitch fees or commission required for you to advertise/sell your wares to the community) & collaborate on the various artistic practices we & you can offer in our wonderful community space for the afternoon. Children welcome, craft & circus activities provided for a small donation to our volunteer led not-for-profit CIC. Teas, coffees, juice & biscuits will be available and this is a drop in event with no fees to attend. 

Saturday 4th April

Mushroom Hat Making Workshop with Ruby Pink
